What Canadians value most from their financial advisors is information. To help you inform your community of the importance of personal financial planning and the services you offer, Financial Planners Standards Council makes available to you the following print, online and trade show support. Add to the impact of your own marketing initiatives with the following resources. To order these materials, please see our order form [1].

Consumer Brochures

Brochure - "What makes the CFP credential trustworthy?" [2] - This brochure gives a general overview of CFP certification, and explains its value to the client. Brochure - "What assurance do I have that financial planning is working for me?" [3] - This brochure assists clients in understanding the CFP Code of Ethics, and Standards of Practice and Competency. Brochure - "Do I need help with my financial planning?" [4] - This brochure offers clients a self-quiz to determine the value of working with a financial planner.

Ad Templates

We will be offering new ad templates, with our updated branding guidelines, as soon as they are available.

Find a CFP Professional

To enroll in Find a CFP Professional [5], you must opt-in through FPSC Online Services [6].

Focus on your Finances

Focus on your Finances introduces basic financial planning concepts to young Canadians, providing them with information on how to set goals, budget, file taxes and invest while understanding the advantages and disadvantages of credit and debt. Contact FPSC Communications [7] to place an order.
