Location and Description

Gobeil’s Examination Preparation Course is a two-day course that will help you acquire the in-depth knowledge that you “Must Know” to pass the exam. It includes a course workbook, numerous sample questions and two mock exams to give you the practice that you need to pass the CFP® Examination.

Upon completion of this course, you should have:

  • improved your knowledge of the subject matter of the CFP curriculum that requires a mastery level; and
  • improved your exam writing techniques.

Over the years, we have found that many candidates have a basic knowledge of all topics in the curriculum, but they do not have the in-depth knowledge required for certain topics that require a mastery of the topic. The Must Knows include the topics that require a mastery level for the exam. The presentations will focus on the Must Knows.
In order to ensure your success, you will have the following resources:

  • emails from Gobeil with study tips and exam information; and
  • a course workbook with copies of the PowerPoint slides used in the presentations;
  • a list of the Must Knows that require a mastery level for the exam; and
  • mock exams with solutions completed the first & second days.

Course Location

The Courses will be held at The Courtyard Marriott, 65 Minthorn Boulevard, Richmond Hill, Ontario, L3T 7N5. The hotel is located on Leslie Avenue just north of Highway 407.
