Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants (CICA)

Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants (CICA) represents a membership of over 66,000 professional accountants and 8,500 students in Canada and Bermuda. It conducts research into current business issues and sets accounting and auditing standards for businesses, not-for-profit organizations and government. The CICA also issues guidance on control and governance, publishes professional literature, develops education programs and represents the CA profession nationally and internationally. It is a supporting partner of Financial Planners Standards Council.
